a bit about me:
my experience in the Performing Arts as a Costume Designer, Supervisor, Wardrobe Assistant and Textile Artist gives me the invaluable opportunity to develop and hone my production skills, acting as a bridge between the artistic and technical sides of the creation process. I thrive in this highly active and collaborative environment, and am passionate working to support a team in achieving a common goal. This has taught me to adapt quickly to different roles and duties where my range of skills can be most effectively utilised. I am flexible and versatile in my approach to my work and the roles I fulfil.
I always maintain a meticulous attention to detail, acute sense of colour which I was able to develop working in the dyeing department. The balance and the choice of texture, colour and breaking down in a piece are of paramount importance and is something I keep at the forefront of my mind when I am dying pieces for the stage or film.
